Call Out Rates UK 2008

• Attendance includes travel and first hour on site only
• The above rates apply to normal working hours
  (Monday to Friday; 08.00 to 16.30)
• Bank Holidays charged at 2x rate
• Parking/congestion charges/bridge tolls at cost
• Same day orders must be received by 12 noon or will be applied at 2/4 hour rate
• Where a client requires a specific time and day, or where required to make the appointment to suit, call out fee will be £55
• Any emergency call-out from 4 to 6 stars, will carry the appropriate fee if cancelled
• All calls after midnight and before 08.00am are subject to NOW schedule rate plus additional half hours at £25.00
• Outside of normal working hours the call-out charge is a minimum 5 star service
  The trade rates are subject to 50% uplift (see Trade Rates page)
• Additional men reduction of: £5.00 on call-out charge; £10.00 on NOW rate
• Two men teams chargeable as required
• Travelling time is chargeable in N. Ireland and outlying regions of Scotland only
• At various times, remote areas may be subject to additional charge for travel
